I'm back!

Holy moly, the start of this school year has been busy! Moving into a new school building and celebrating my son's marriage has certainly put my Layla time on a back burner, but now that things are settled, I'm ready to get back into it.

 

First things first, here are my book recommendations from the last two months:

Mari Carr - Rough Draft, Triple Beat and Restraint

J.R. Ward - Lover Forbidden

Dan Brown - The Secret of Secrets (literally could not put this one down!)

Kathryn Shay - Above and Beyond and A Time to Give

Tom Perrotta - Tracy Flick Can't Win (as an educator, this one hit me hard)

 

As far as LaylaLand goes, I just reread what I've written so far for Bianca and Elias so I can finally finish their story! It's all in my head, now I just need to let my fingers lay it down.

In the meantime, you can catch her parents story in "Captured" - Arrested Hearts, Book Two, and her brother Gino's story in the second book of the Locked Up in Love series, "Blue on Red."
